- Preserving the Summer: Celebrating the Bounty of the Hudson Valley

- This event will take place on August 7th, 2010 at the Culinary Institute of America's Campus in Hyde Park, NY. The reception will begin at 6 pm on Anton Plaza, where passed hors d’oeuvres and specialty cocktails, showcasing local Hudson Valley products, will be served, and guests will have the opportunity to participate in a silent auction. At 7 pm, a four-course dinner with beer and wine pairings will be served in Farquharson Hall. Entertainment will be provided throughout the evening by Mama Tried, a six-piece rock-inspired bluegrass band from Poughkeepsie. All proceeds of this charity event will benefit the Food Bank of the Hudson Valley, and the Peter Lenich Memorial Scholarship. The menu for this event is listed below.
