Bialas Farms is a family-run farm since 1939 in Orange County, New York. They grow over 80 different varieties of vegetables on 55 acres of beautiful muck soil. Currently there are three greenhouses in which are grown a vast number of potted herbs, the best arugula you’ve ever tasted, and an assortment of baby greens for late-season sale.

Check out the “Product List” below to see what they have planned for this year. With more than a dozen varieties of Heirloom Tomatoes to choose from, you won’t be disappointed.

Bialis Farm hand-washes and sorts all of their heirloom tomatoes – keeping them in the best shape possible for you to enjoy. Be on the lookout for their signature tomato, the “Polish Plum”. They are not available in any store or catalog and they save our own seeds to plant year after year. Buy them when you see them, as they’ve become such a favorite at all of the markets they never last long.

Bialas Farms maintains a Community Supported Agriculture program (CSA) with on farm pick-up. They also sell at area farmers markets and hold occasional Open House markets at the farm. Please check their website for their schedule and locations.
