Catskill Mountain Sugar House is the home of our purely delicious maple syrup. Every drop is produced on our farms nestled in the beautiful Catskill Mountains of upstate New York. It’s our family’s pleasure to give everyone a new appreciation—or a reminder—of how good “real” maple syrup can be.

The unique location Catskill Mountain Sugar House in the Catskill Park provides our maple orchards with the clean air and pure water necessary for our trees to produce the purest maple sap. Our 800 acre main farm is sandwiched between the NYC Rondout Reservoir and The Sundown/Denman Mountain Wild Forest. We do not tap road-side trees. Our sugarbush locations and operating protocols allow organic certification by USDA and NOFA.
