Started as a hobby for Lynn and Bam, Cheesecake Machismo has become a cherished treasure in the Capital Region and beyond. Today, more than 470 flavors reside in the Cheesecake Machismo recipe box, and each day a new combination of flavor selections are offered by the cake house. All cheesecakes are mixed single batch and baked fresh daily using only the finest ingredients to ensure true decadence.
Selections from the Cheesecake Machismo Menu:
- PB&J Cheesecake – The most gourmet peanut butter & jelly you’ve ever had! Caramel flavored cake with seedless black raspberry preserves and peanut butter on top.
- Pay Dirt Cheesecake – Custom dark chocolate blend on an oreo curst with nuggets of chocolate chip cookie dough buried inside.
- Grasshopper Cheesecake – Inspired by a local bartender, this cheesecake combines creme de menthe and creme de cacao covered in double chocolate ganache and topped with Andes Candies crumbles.
- Blackberry Margarita Cheesecake – Jose Cuervo Gold Tequila and orange Triple Sec give this cake a nice bits, while blackberry adds sweet flavor. Served with a sugar rim.
- Caramel Toffee Cheesecake – Caramel flavored cheesecake with milk chocolate English toffee bits and fresh caramel sauce.
- Toasted Almond Cream Cheesecake – Chocolate devil’s food cake soaked in toasted almond creme liquor. On top of that, we have toasted almond creme cheesecake, chocolate ganache, and then top it all off with toasted almonds.
