Gansvoort FarmThe farm is located in New York’s Hudson Valley, a few hours north of New York City. Gansvoort Farm raise sheep and Devon beef cows on organically-managed pastures using humane and sustainable practices.

The farm offers 100% grassfed lamb for sale from September to the end of November each fall, sold as half or whole carcasses, cut to order. They also have beef from registered Devon cattle on a limited basis.
