Hearty Roots Community Farm offers top-quality pasture-raised eggs and certified organic vegetables grown with practices that support biodiversity, mitigate climate change, and protect clean air and water. The health of our community and our planet are critical to all of the choices that we make.

The heart of the farm is the Farm Share Program (based on the Community Supported Agriculture, or CSA, model used by hundreds of small farms around the world). Farm Share members receive a bountiful array of just-picked produce all season long (June-October).

Based on 70 acres in Clermont, NY, the farm currently grows about 25 acres of vegetables per year, cares for a flock of laying hens, and manages another 25 acres of pasture and fallow fields.

Hearty Roots Community Farm CSA Overview

CSA members receive our farm’s freshest certified organic vegetables, from June through October. We’re flexible! You’ll sign up for a default pickup location but you can always choose your pick-up day and location week to week. Eggs are available, too! You can choose to add pasture-raised eggs to your share, and we hope to offer other regional farm products for pickup with your share as well.
