Kiernan Farm is a Grass-fed beef farm and vineyard located in Gardiner, NY (90 minutes north of New York City) nestled under the Shawangunk Mountain Ridge. We sell our grass-fed beef at farmers markets throughout the Hudson Valley or at the farm by appointment. Our working farm is also a venue for weddings and other events.
Our Angus-Hereford Crosses live an all-natural lifestyle. They are raised and finished on a grass diet and follow rotational grazing. They receive no antibiotics, no hormones, no steroids, and are never grain-finished.
We use the old fashioned, natural process of dry-aging both to tenderize the meat and to concentrate its authentic beef flavor. We offer all cuts of beef from steaks to sausages. You may purchase any amount from one to one hundred plus pounds.
In 2011 Kiernan Farm became open space preserved and protected. The land will be protected from any development and its natural beauty will be preserved for generations to come.
