Hudson Valley Fresh is a not-for-profit dairy cooperative dedicated to preserving the agricultural heritage of the Hudson River Valley and promoting it as one of the premier food regions of the United States.

They produce premium quality dairy products – whole, skim, low-fat and chocolate milk along with half and half, heavy cream, yogurt, and sour cream.

They are sustainable agriculture – it is the mission of Hudson Valley Fresh to secure living wages for our farmers and their families. By ensuring a fair price for farmers’ goods, farmers are kept in business, which means preventing the loss of their land to development. Hudson Valley Fresh farms are currently preserving 8,000 acres of open land. Now that’s sustainable agriculture!

All of their milk is produced on Hudson Valley Fresh farms located in Dutchess, Columbia and Ulster Counties in New York State. All farms are within 20 miles of each other.

They are locally processed – Hudson Valley Fresh process all milk at Boice Brothers Dairy in Kingston, New York. The milk is the only milk they process and it is never co-mingled with milk from any other farm. That ensures taste and quality. They guarantee that Hudson Valley Fresh milk is from Hudson Valley Fresh farms. What other dairy can say that?

They are locally sold – Hudson Valley Fresh sells milk in the Mid-Hudson Valley, Long Island, New York City, New Jersey and Connecticut. They offer their valued customers high quality food choices with a low carbon footprint.
