Gregory Procopis is the owner and chef at Sugar & Spice Cafe and Catering. Gregory has been cooking for 30 years and believes in generous portions of good fresh food, which is why everything is made to order using only the freshest ingredients. You can eat at the café in our warm, clean, relaxing atmosphere, take your gourmet food to go, or have us deliver it to you. It’s your choice.
