- Chef’s Seafood Platter – Four pieces of shrimp, scallops, and fresh sole (served broiled or fried)
- Shrimp Scampi – Seven pieces of shrimp broiled in a traditional garlic sauce
- Twin Lobster Tails – 6 oz. lobster tail broiled and served with drawn butter
- Squire Burger – 9 oz. char broiled beef. Served with French fries (toppings extra)
- Buffalo Chipotle Burger – Ground buffalo meat with chopped chipotle peppers
- Cheese Supreme – With melted American, Swiss, Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese
- Smothered Burger = Sautéed mushrooms and onions in Worcestershire sauce with melted Swiss and Cheddar cheese
