“Our recipes are some of our favorites and a few family recipes. Our goal is fresh, local, and organic when possible, creating flavorful and creative food to share with others. Our fish is sustainable wild caught. Chicken is cage free, and beef is local grass fed. We are vegetarian friendly, preparing separately on meat free surfaces. Our beans and rice are vegetarian, prepared fresh daily with herbs and spices.We use biodegradable, earth friendly paper goods and recycle with your assistance.”

FOLDED CHICKEN ENCHILADA
Folded corn tortilla topped with a hatch chili enchilada sauce and filled with baked chicken. Served with brown rice, black beans and homemade chips.
CRISPY KOREAN PORK TACO
Slow cooked pork marinated in soy, sesame oil, garlic, brown sugar, and ginger, then seared to crisp. Served with a sriracha lime slaw and topped with red chili crema and fresh scallions.
BAJA FISH TACO
Wild caught fish with a New Mexico dry chili rub, lime-cilantro slaw, topped with chipotle crema, drizzled with a raspberry reduction served on a corn tortilla and garnished with a slice of lime.
SANTA FE CHICKEN AVOCADO TACO
Chicken with Santa Fe style chili rub, fresh sliced avocado, queso fresco, cilantro, drizzled with chipotle crema. Served on a warm corn tortilla.
SWEET POTATO BURRITO
Sweet potato tossed in maple lime chili rub, black beans, rice, roasted corn, topped with queso fresco, cilantro, drizzled with red pepper crema. Rolled in a warm flour tortilla.
GREEN CHILI BEEF BURRITO
Local grass fed ground beef with New Mexico hatch green chili’s, garlic, tomatoes, fresh black beans, rice, shredded lettuce, jack and cheddar cheese, sour cream and salsa rolled in a warm flour tortilla.
