The National Black Doll Museum will be leading this special program of doll-making based on the techniques of the traditional art form rooted in 18th century African American culture. The workshop offers a hands-on introduction to this process. Participants will create their own three-dimensional figures used over centuries to enhance storytelling. Check out the National Black Doll Museum online. This program is designed for adults and families. Children 6 Years old and up are invited to attend with a caregiver, adults are also welcome. Registration required.
