These workshops based on the philosophy of Spiritual Teacher Sri Chinmoy are designed in four progressive sessions in order to:
1. Offer simple, powerful meditation techniques to reduce stress, improve focus and foster general well being.
2. Help participants build and maintain a daily meditation practice
3. Support participants through weekly group meditation and discussion All are welcome!
