Free Yoga Weekend, a special pre-opening weekend full of FREE yoga classes and free raffles for class packages and more. Free gift while they last.

We are on the second floor in Suite 6.

You can show up 10-15 minutes before one of the classes listed and we will fit you in or pre-register to reserve your spot.

Saturday December 10, 2022.
9:30am, 11am, 12:30pm, 2pm, 3:30pm and 5pm.
Sunday December 11, 2022
9:30am, 11am, 12:30pm, and 2pm

Registration is easy, but if you have any issues at all, please email us at [email protected] or text at 845-234-8886.

1. Go to our website at http://www.lilacsoul.com/schedule
2. Click Login at the top right of Schedule and then at underneath click “Don’t have an account? Set up in two quick steps” to set up your free account.
3. Check your email for the activation letter. Click on “Activate Account.” You automatically will be taken back to Schedule.
4. Read the waiver and submit if requested.
5 Click Register next to the class you want to take.

That’s it, you’re in.

Once you have an account, in the future, you would just sign in and click register and you’re done.

Please be mindful of others who also wish to take a class and limit your class time to 1 or 2 per person per day.

Bring your Yoga mat and water, and any props you like.
We will have some mats and props available for your use.

Our goal is to offer affordable yoga to our community.
Class Card specials will be available which you can purchase that day and for a limited time. We may adjust our prices to make them more affordable. Senior, Military, First Responder, and other discounts will be available.
