Tortillaville is a food truck and outdoor eatery located in Hudson NY in the summer months (May – October). They are celebrating their fifth year in Hudson NY. Started in the Spring of 2009 by partners Brian Branigan and Allison Culbertson, Tortillaville offers delicious Mexican fare – tacos, burritos, and quesadillas in a variety of meat, seafood and vegetarian options, all at an affordable price.
Tortillaville serves three vegetarian selections: bean, veggie, and tofu as (burrito, quesadilla or poco plate) or similar vegan but without dairy. The tacos are corn and gluten free.
