For more than 50 years, the White Plains Outdoor Arts Festival has showcased a captivating array of fine arts and crafts in the scenic Tibbits Park, located in the vibrant heart of downtown White Plains. Attendees can explore a wide variety of artwork, including paintings, photography, ceramics, glasswork, jewelry, textiles, and more.
