Sunshine Coffee Roasters is committed to serving the perfect cup of coffee to every customer, each and every time. Owners John, a master roaster with many years of experience, and Mike, a passionate coffee enthusiast, started their journey small but harbored big dreams of creating a welcoming coffee community. Nearly eight years later, they still roast each batch with love and meticulous care at their cozy retail locations in Larchmont and Rye, New York.
Their cafes are appreciated for their thoughtfully curated pastry menus featuring artisanal treats and the “homey-rustic” ambiance that makes visitors feel at ease. You can enjoy a variety of delicious Doughnut Plant donuts, Hungry Gnome muffins, and Balthazar scones. The Rye location offers an expanded menu that includes King David Tacos, savory quiches, and a wide selection of breakfast and lunch favorites such as acai bowls.
Beyond their classic coffee offerings, Sunshine Coffee Roasters serves vibrant matcha lattes, spicy chai blends, and nutritious protein smoothies. More than just a coffee shop, Sunshine Coffee Roasters is a neighborhood hub, inviting locals and visitors alike to connect, relax, and savor a moment of warmth and community. Come visit and experience the welcoming atmosphere and exceptional coffee that keep customers coming back.
