Friday Festivities: Apple Pomander
Free Event
Senate House State Historic Site
Friday, Sep/12/2025 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
Kingston NY
Stop by the Senate House grounds on Friday, September 12, from 2:00pm-4:00pm, and learn how to make an Apple Pomander!
A pomander was an early type of aromatherapy typically made from an apple covered in cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, or even rosemary. A pomander could be worn or left out in a room. You can come and create any design and make your own pomander! This family-friendly drop-in activity is free, weather-dependent, and runs while supplies last.
