The lovely valley cottage community of Congers and Valley Cottage in Clarkstown has a strong family and community spirit. This community has hosted the exciting, fun-filled Congers Street Fair for the past 15 years, with approximately 10,000 visitors and 110 exhibitors. The fair showcases beautiful arts and crafts, business booths, and unique food. In addition, there are kids’ rides and amusements, pumpkin painting, live music, and a beer garden in the park adjacent to the fair.
