Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, Apropos offers a contemporary atmosphere, a demonstration kitchen, and farm-to-table cuisine, with Mediterranean-inspired flavors and ingredients sourced locally whenever possible. Settle in and enjoy small plates, homemade pasta, and craft cocktails amidst awe-inspiring views of the Hudson River in our elegant main dining room.
