Ghent Community Day 2026 is a free, family-friendly event celebrating the local community’s spirit. It unites neighbors, town services, local businesses, and organizations for a day of fun and civic participation. Rick and Marilyn will perform from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM, followed by the Ghent Band from 1:00 PM to 2:30 PM. Family activities include games, craft vendors, and special children’s activities. Local vendors will provide food and refreshments. Attendees can take vehicle tours of town highway equipment and watch demonstrations from emergency and rescue services. Community booths hosted by town committees and organizations will provide informational tables to keep the public informed about local initiatives.
