Glowing Halloween Event BadgeDesmond-Fish Public Library invites families to its annual Pumpkin Glow, a free Halloween celebration featuring a field of funny and frightening pumpkins carved by community members.

Visitors can enjoy Halloween games, glowing pumpkins, treats, costumes, a children’s concert at 4:30 p.m., and a Halloween bouncy castle from 4 to 5:30 p.m.

The library also invites community members to help create the display by carving pumpkins before the event. Participants can reserve up to three free pumpkins for carving or indicate they’ll bring one of their own. Reserved pumpkins are scheduled for pickup Oct. 13–18, and completed carvings are due back by 3:30 p.m. on Oct. 19.

Please use this form to reserve a pumpkin or to donate a pumpkin for the night.
