The Odditorium Carnival will have entertainment and things to do everywhere you go, there will be a vast marketplace teeming with gothic jewelry that could curse your enemies (or at least make them jealous), steampunk gadgets that actually work (mostly), pagan tools for your next ritual, horror collectibles that belong in a museum of the macabre, and handmade curiosities that defy explanation. Add roaming performers with a knack for dark whimsy—like a juggler tossing flaming skulls or a storyteller spinning yarns that end with “and then the hero lost”—all in a circuspunk atmosphere where masked cosplay lets you hide in plain sight or reveal your true, tentacled self.

It’s built by the outliers who’ve packed thousands into Catskills Halloween year after year, proving that free (or close to it) entry, vendor-driven energy, and unfiltered weirdness are the formula for events that stick.
