Tastings are recommended by reservation, but walk-ins are welcome for the wine by the glass. Some Of The Bottled Wine From Fjord Vineyards

2024 Estate Albariño
The 2024 harvest experienced warm, dry weather—truly an ideal vintage for farmers. Thanks to perfect weather conditions during the growing season, the Albariño grapes stayed on the vines long enough to reach optimal ripeness. The lack of adverse weather allowed vineyard decisions to be made thoughtfully, without time pressure. On the nose, this wine emits vibrant notes of gooseberry, jasmine, and honeysuckle. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with crisp, refreshing acidity. Flavors of citrus and fruit are prominent, complemented by gooseberry and a touch of salinity and wet stone. The finish is clean and lively, with lingering lemon zest and a mineral backbone that adds complexity. The bright acidity makes it enjoyable alone or paired with food.

2024 Estate Rosé
The 2024 harvest faced unusually warm and dry conditions, which led to multiple harvest dates. This resulted in a bright acidity and a fully ripe fruit profile. The aroma is distinctly fruity, with lively notes of ripe raspberries and strawberries. The flavor is crisp and vibrant, featuring a medium body that balances acidity with smoothness. Raspberries and strawberries dominate the flavor, complemented by a subtle herbal complexity reminiscent of fresh basil or thyme. The finish is clean and persistent, with mineral hints and a touch of citrus that invites another sip.

2023 Estate Pinot Noir
Subtle hints of violet complement notes of red cherry, raspberry, cranberry, and rose petal. On the palate, it features earthy undertones along with hints of ripe red cherries and cranberries.

2022 Estate Cabernet Franc
The 2022 vintage was outstanding, characterized by exceptionally hot and dry summer conditions. An earlier-than-usual harvest yielded a highly expressive Hudson River Region Cabernet Franc. This 100% estate-grown wine features concentrated fruit aromas balanced by subtle barrel spice, developed over 8 months of aging in 2-5 year-old 500L French oak puncheons. On the palate, it offers firm tannins, moderate acidity, and lingering notes of ripe berries and tobacco. This wine provides an intensely focused expression of Hudson River Region Cabernet Franc, with concentrated fruit aromas complemented by the delicate barrel spice from its aging process.
