Biking Saugerties – We all know that Saugerties is a great strolling village, but it is just as much fun on a bike. Saugerties town and village is renowned for its scenic beauty and rich heritage. The roads are typically not crowded which allows bicyclists easy access to the Hudson River, Esopus Creek, serene marshlands, and outstanding views of the Catskill Mountains.
A number of bicycling enthusiasts have developed a flyer of Saugerties Scenic/Historic Bike Routes. Also in the “Documents” section is a map showing where bike racks are located.
