Imagine the excitement when the phone rings and Santa Claus is on the other end of the line!
The Rye Recreation Department is spreading a little extra Christmas magic with its annual Ho! Ho! Ho! Santa Calling program, offering children ages 3–7 who live in Rye the chance to receive a special call from Santa himself.
Santa has arranged to call participating children at home, bringing holiday cheer and a memorable surprise to young believers in the magic of Christmas.
Parents and guardians can register their children online through Rye Recreation’s Community Pass registration system. Santa will make his calls on Tuesday, December 8, or Wednesday, December 9, between 6 and 8 PM.
Participation is free, but advance registration is required. The program is available to Rye residents only.
Important: Although Santa will do his best to reach every registered child, calls are not guaranteed. Parents are encouraged not to promise their children that Santa will call.
Registration Deadline: Saturday, December 5, 2026, at 11:30 PM.
