Chef Chris Warren is the executive chef at Royalty Enterprises BBQ, where innovative dishes are inspired by BBQ Soul fused with Caribbean flavors. With over 15 years of culinary experience, Chef Chris has developed a reputation for exceptional skill in making flavors dance on your palate, especially in traditional BBQ!

At Royalty Enterprises BBQ, Chef Chris brings a distinctive approach to every dish, blending creativity with precision to offer an on-the-go dining experience that’s both refined and approachable. Their menu reflects innovation, seasonality, and a deep respect for food traditions, all while offering customers a memorable and evolving culinary journey.

Cooper’s Daughter Spirits is a woman-owned, family-operated distillery, cooperage, and apple orchard. The distillery’s name tells the story of a father and daughter who combined their passions to create a business. Stuart Newsome’s passion is history, and he had a 42-year career in historic restoration. His daughter, Sophie Newsome’s passion is the farm-to-table movement.

Today, the distillery and cooperage are located in the former carriage house along Claverack Creek, which is 10 minutes from the city of Hudson. Local grain, fruit, botanicals, and tree syrups are the foundation for this distillery’s seasonal batch spirits. Barrels are handmade on site and are used to age bourbon and whiskey.
