The Hoosick Falls St. Patrick’s Parade and Irish Fest have a long and rich history that has contributed to its growth and popularity. The Irish Fest has evolved into a First Night-like event and provides a fun-filled day for visitors. The festivities start at noon, featuring over 40 marching units and floats, followed by the Irish Fest.

Nowadays, the Parade and Irish Fest have become the largest one-day event in the Town of Hoosick, attracting two to three thousand visitors every year. It is a highly anticipated day for locals and the best day of the year for local bars, restaurants, and shops. The event brings in a lot of business, making it a win-win for everyone involved.
