The Poké Motion Food Truck is well-known for creating a popular and delicious dish with Hawaiian roots. The traditional poké bowl is a delightful combination of rice, diced raw fish, and a colorful assortment of vegetables. It has gained such popularity in Hawaii that it’s often referred to as the state’s equivalent of “hamburgers and hot dogs” and is widely available in supermarkets across the islands.
In addition to the classic version, the Poké Motion Food Truck offers a range of poké bowls with different bases, various protein options (including raw fish, chicken, shrimp, and even chickpeas for vegan customers), and an array of vibrant vegetables and fruits, all crowned with their signature sauces. Not only are the ingredients fresh, healthy, and gluten-free (except the noodle base), but they also come together to create truly delicious and satisfying meals.
Poké Motion Food Truck can be found at events around Metro New York and Westchester County. The truck is also available for all types of private events.

Along with all the ingredients stated, you can choose your base! The base options are sushi rice, brown rice, noodles, or salad greens!
Sesame Tuna
Edamame, cucumber, purple cabbage, carrots, pickled ginger, seaweed salad, peaches, tuna topped off with our Sesame Aioli sauce, fried onions, fried garlic, and furikake.
Miso Ginger Salmon
Kale, corn, peas, radish, pickled red onions, seaweed salad, orange, and raw salmon topped off with our Miso Ginger sauce, fried onions, fried garlic, and furikake.
Nice Tasty Chickpeas (Vegan)
Kale, purple cabbage, carrots, corn, pickled radish, pickled red onions, orange, and chickpeas topped off with Nice Tasty sauce, fried onions, fried garlic, and sesame mix seasoning.
Cilantro Lime Shrimp
Radish, edamame, purple cabbage, corn, seaweed salad, pickled ginger, peaches, and shrimp topped off with our cilantro lime sauce, fried onions, fried garlic, and furikake.
Peanut Saté Chicken
