At Monkey Joe Roasting Company our reason to be, is roasting single-origin, specialty-grade coffee. This means that we purchase only the highest, specialty grade, green coffee beans available, from all over the world. Coffee roasting is done in small batches at the roast profile that will showcase each coffee’s most distinctive aroma and flavor.

We offer a wide selection of specialty-grade coffee beans covering all growing regions of the world, Africa, Indonesia, Central and South America, including Sustainable, Rainforest Alliance, Shade Grown, and Fair Trade Certified coffees. Often we will find coffees that are short-production and can’t help but to bring them to you – it is our addiction as you can tell!

You will also find friendly, knowledgeable baristas at the full-service coffee bar. They can help you choose, and expertly prepare, whatever drink you may desire: coffee and espresso (latte, cappuccino, breve, macchiato, etc…), and non-espresso drinks, organic teas, iced and blended frosts, Italian sodas, organic milk, soy, and almond milk, etc.
