Just an hour’s drive north of Manhattan, the Captain’s Table offers live band music on weekends, and a satisfying dining experience 7 days a week.

The Captain’s Table is proud to offer a full Lunch and Dinner menu in addition to catering and banquet menus. Selections including appetizers, homemade soup, sandwiches, delicious entrees and daily specials.

  • Chicken tenders – breaded chicken breast fried golden brown. Served with steak fries and honey mustard.
  • Mini Tacos – with house-made salsa and sour cream
  • Loaded Tater Tots – golden fried tater tots topped with a Guinness cheese sauce, bacon bits & chopped scallions. Served with a side of sour cream.
  • Hudson Valley Spinach Salad – Baby spinach, Hudson Valley apples, dried cranberries, avocado, red onions, and goat cheese crumbles. Served with balsamic vinaigrette dressing.
  • Captain’s Salad – mixed greens, mandarin oranges, dried cranberries, candied walnuts, red onions, topped w/ feta cheese crumbles. Served w/ a zinfandel vinaigrette dressing.
  • Tex-Mex Burger – topped with avocado, pepper Jack cheese, lettuce & chipotle mayo
  • Balsamic Burger – topped with baby spinach, roasted red peppers, mozzarella, tomato & a balsamic glaze.
  • Bistro Burger – topped with spinach, tomato, avocado & caramelized onions with a garlic spread
  • Portobella Mushroom Sandwich – marinated cap with roasted peppers & mozzarella cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. Served on a brioche.
  • Captain’s Cheese Steak Hero – Philly style with American and sauteed onions served in a toasted hero roll.
  • Turkey Ruben Wrap – roasted turkey breast, Swiss, coleslaw and Russian dressing.
  • Captain’s Crab Cakes – Maryland style lump crab cakes with steak Fries & choice of cocktail or tartar sauce
  • Sushi Burger – Black and white sesame crusted Ahi tuna served on a roll with tomatoes, spinach, and sweet chili glaze topped with wakame Asian seaweed salad. Served with steak fries
  • Tex Mex Chicken Sandwich – grilled breast of chicken with pepper Jack cheese, avocado, lettuce, and our chipotle mayo.
  • Potato Encrusted Cod – sweet flaky codfish topped with shredded potato, chive, and sour cream. Served with choice of rice or red smashed potatoes
  • Captain’s Ravioli – fresh lobster ravioli served with shrimp, scallops & asparagus in a creamy red pepper pesto.
  • Certified Angus Beef New York Sirloin – center-cut char-broiled Sirloin Steak
  • Prime Rib – slow-roasted Certified Angus beef prime rib. Served Friday thru Sunday Night.
