Celebrate Halloween in downtown White Plains at the annual White Plains Halloween Parade & Trunk-or-Treat, a festive community event filled with costumes, candy, and family fun. Children and families are invited to wear their favorite Halloween costumes and join the parade through downtown White Plains.

The parade starts at Library Plaza, 100 Martine Avenue, and heads toward Court Street, where the Halloween fun continues with a trunk-or-treat. Decorated vehicles make trick-or-treating fun and convenient for children, with plenty of chances to collect candy and show off their creative costumes.

This free event is a great option for families looking for a lively, kid-friendly celebration with no admission fee. Featuring a community parade followed by trick-or-treating in downtown White Plains, it’s an easy way to enjoy Halloween with friends and neighbors.

The 2026 White Plains Halloween Parade & Trunk-or-Treat is scheduled for Sunday, October 18, at 3:00 PM. No registration is required, and October 25 is the planned rain date. Families should check with the City of White Plains before attending for weather-related changes or updated event details.
