Cooking is done exclusively with beef tallow, pork lard, or olive oil. Side dishes are made with natural ingredients and are free of high-fructose corn syrup, chemical stabilizers, or preservatives.

Meats are expertly slow-smoked over locally harvested hardwoods, with a traditional Texas salt-and-pepper rub. Signature dishes include juicy pulled pork, tender baby back ribs, Texas-style brisket, house-made kielbasa, and smoked whole chicken wings. Unique offerings like the Belly Bourbon Burger—featuring a grass-fed patty topped with smoked bourbon pork belly—and custom 100% grass-fed hot dogs stand out.

The stylish dine-in bistro pairs these exceptional dishes with craft beers from Westchester and the Hudson Valley, including Duncan’s Abby and Soul Brewing Co. Located in a modern, chic downtown space, it offers cozy indoor seating and inviting outdoor tables. The restaurant hosts lively events such as “Smokey O” Sunday BBQ brunches with live music and interactive cooking classes on topics like smoked meats, wings, and chili. Large catering orders can be conveniently placed online via the FarmEats BBQ Catering Menu, featuring half- and full-sized trays of signature dishes like pulled pork, pastrami, slider bars, and scratch-made sides like mac n’ cheese.   • Mac N Cheese – Elbow pasta shells enveloped in a creamy cheese sauce made with a delicious blend of cheeses, creating a rich, comforting dish. Toppings can be added to boost the flavor to another level.
  • Pulled Pork Sandwich – Tender pulled pork, smoked to perfection. House-made BBQ sauces are on the side. Made with 100% pasture raised pork fresh from the farm in upstate NY.
  • Sliced Steak Sandwich – The star of this sandwich is the smoked steak, served on a brioche roll. Add cheese for a cheese melt.
  • Smoked Portobello Melt – Smoked to perfection, topped with your choice of cheese or sauteed veggies on brioche or with potatoes.
  • BBQ Combo Platter- Enjoy chef’s choice smoked beef, pork, and chicken. Comes with one side. Our house-made BBQ sauces are on the side. All meats are 100% grass fed and pasture-raised locally!
  • Belly Bourbon Burger – Smoked pork belly marinated in bourbon, on a grass-fed beef burger, with melted cheese, pickled onions, and chipotle mayo on a brioche roll.
  • Chili Cheese Hot Dog – 100% Grass Fed Beef Hot Dog, topped with house-made chili and cheese. Served on a Wave Hill Hot Dog Roll.
