Christina and Lee Vataj, former finance and pharmaceutical executives, turned lemons in lemonade when both lost their jobs in the industry and opened a small quaint restaurant in Mahopac. With a passion for cooking, these self-taught cooks made their dream into a reality. Serving up large breakfast portions and a unique selection of flavored pancake combinations, rivaled only by their lunch menu. Christina and Lee believe in impeccable attention to their customers and have become a staple within the community.
