- Scallops Gremolata – Pan seared scallops, finished with fresh shallets, cilantro and ginger lemon butter sauce
- Pulled Pork Nachos – Melted Monterey Jack cheese, BBQ pulled pork, lettuce, tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, and sour cream

- Apple Wood Brie Burger – Flamed 10 oz. burger layered with melted Brie cheese and grilled Apple Wood smoked bacon
