Valatie Bar & Grill is more than a local Valatie NY watering hole.The place serves up some great pub grub, cold drinks, live music, Quick Draw and top of the line sports entertainment.
The fare is classic American with a fun twist – with signature favorites such as handcrafted burgers, tacos, and nachos, as well as their anticipated Sunday football with bloody marys, NFL Sunday Ticket and other bar specials.

- Deep Fried Pickles – with chipotle aioli.
- Mini Pretzel Dogs – Mini hot dogs wrapped in a soft pretzle bun. Served with honey mustard.
- Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls – Shredded buffalo chicken, cheddar jack cheese deep fried and served with a side of house made blue cheese.
- Shrimp Nachos – Tri color corn tortillas with melted cheese, guacamole, sour cream, chipotle mayo and pico de gallo.
- Black and Blue Salad – Grilled flank steak on a bed of romaine topped with crispy smoked bacon, crumbly blue cheese and balsamic dressing.
- Cranberry Walnut Salad – Romaine, walnuts, dried cranberries, blue cheese, and balsamic dressing. (add grilled chicken – 4.00 or grilled shrimp or steak.
- Old Bay Shrimp Wrap – Old bay marinated grilled shrimp, pico de gallo, guacamole, cheddar jack cheese and old bay sriracha aioli.
- Cauliflower Wings – Cauliflower wings served with celery, carrots and blue cheese with choice of sauce Buffalo (mild, med, hot, insanity), mango habanero, sweet chili, BBQ, garlic parm, hot honey, maple bourbon BBQ, honey sriracha, honey teriyaki or VBG style ( garlic parm and med buffalo), Old Bay garlic butter, Nashville hot or general tso.
- Chuck Norris Burger – 1/2 all beef burger rubbed with Cajun seasonings, topped with bacon red onion jam and blue cheese crumbles on a toasted brioche roll.
- Dirty Birdy Sandwich – Grilled chicken, lettuce, tomato, onion, provolone cheese, and chipotle mayo on a toasted roll.
- Hogzilla Burger – 1/2 lb all beef with bacon, whiskey BBQ sauce, american cheese, and onion rings on a toasted brioche roll.
