Thrilled with their new venture, the couple transformed a former auto repair garage on Route 9W into a vibrant retail space and a sparkling new production kitchen, ready to serve the community.

Via Ravioli draws inspiration from classic Italian import shops, emphasizing straightforward, high-quality pre-packaged ingredients for creating an authentic dinner. Fresh ravioli is prepared in-house five days a week using Italian “00” flour, North American durum wheat, and authentic Parmigiano Reggiano. Fillings vary seasonally and are made with fresh produce from local Hudson Valley farms. Additionally, they cut fresh egg noodles daily and provide vegan pasta options.

They fill their cases with homemade sauces such as beef bolognese, pomodoro, and vodka sauce, along with ready-to-bake lasagnas, meatballs, and house-made mozzarella. Their rotating hot lunch menu, available Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM., includes options like meatball subs, pulled pork sandwiches, and zucchini sandwiches. The store also offers fresh sesame semolina bread delivered daily from Melone Brothers Bakery in Staten Island.
