Strickland Hollow Farm is an 11.7-acre working cider apple farm, artisan distillery, and wedding venue situated in the Catskill Mountains of Meridale, New York. The property includes a rustic barn dating back to the 1800s, which has been renovated to host weddings and events. Owners Erica and Jerry Pellegrino also run a tasting room and bottle shop in nearby Delhi, offering their own spirits and other beverages from New York State.
The farm emphasizes holistic farming and biodiversity, housing chickens, geese, sheep, and cider apple trees. The renovated barn serves as the main event space, spanning two floors that can hold up to 130 guests for ceremonies, receptions, and celebrations. It boasts a charming ambiance with light wooden touches, exposed beams, and a scenic, pastoral setting.
The farm’s artisan distillery produces its own spirits, available for tasting and purchase. Tours and tastings are by appointment, while the main tasting room and bottle shop are located at 70 Main Street in Delhi, NY. This tasting room features Strickland Hollow’s spirits along with a curated selection of wines, beers, and ciders from across New York State.
