Fix Brothers Fruit Farm, nestled 130 miles north of New York City, NY, and 45 miles south of Albany, NY, is a unique gateway to the Hudson Valley. Here, you can immerse yourself in the age-old tradition of fruit picking, choosing from a variety of sweet cherries, sour cherries, peaches, and apples.

The history of Fix Farm dates back to 1899 when John Henry Fix immigrated from Germany and settled in the Hudson Valley in Upstate New York with his family. Over the years, he expanded the orchards. His son, William Henry, continued the farming tradition, and in 1953, William (Bill) and Robert (Bob) started the third generation and named the farm Fix Bros. They added more varieties of apples, pears, and peaches to the existing sweet and sour cherries and apples.

With the retirement of Bill, Bob’s sons Bobby, Gary, and David became partners with their Dad to become the fourth generation on the Fix Brothers Fruit Farm. Visitors are encouraged to check availability and dates for a memorable farming experience.
