Cardoso Cookies is a small batch, scratch made online cookie company that ships anywhere in the United States and delivers locally.
Cardoso Cookies was founded by Anthony Cardoso, a 2002 graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. He started this company with the goal of providing the best cookies possible delivered directly to your door.
Cardoso Cookies is an Online Cookie Company with no physical storefront, but we do offer local delivery and can be found at local events throughout the year.
All of our products are made in a commercial kitchen with Board of Health permits. Made to order freshness and always from scratch while using high quality ingredients and utilizing local Hudson Valley made products. The result: a big smile when you take your first bite.
Our cookies are baked to order. And we ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday only. The reason is to ensure you will receive your cookies the same week you order them, and they don’t get held up in the postal system over the weekend. Your package should arrive 1-3 days after being sent. We can NOT guarantee USPS delivery dates due to the possibility of sorting errors/ mishandling by USPS. Your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Except for the holiday season and special orders, most orders are shipped within two business days. Please be aware, there are occasional USPS delays in transit due the holidays because of high volume.
