The Millay Society at Steepletop is delighted to announce the first of five Open Day weekends celebrating the centennial of the property’s purchase by Pulitzer Prize-winning poet Edna St Vincent Millay and her husband Eugen Boissevain. Highlighting the weekend will be a performance on Saturday, June 14, at 2 pm by The Edna Project, the critically acclaimed husband/wife team of Liz Queler and Seth Farber, who have put many of Millay’s poems to music. Future Open Days will take place on the second weekend of each month through October. Guests may wander through Millay’s gardens and fields, explore the Poetry Trail that leads to the Millay family gravesites, and bring a picnic to enjoy on the grounds.\
