Documentary filmmaker Jon Scott Bennett will present the 4th Episode of his 5-part docu-series The Peekskill Riots. Titled “A Long Ways from Home”, this episode covers the second Peekskill Riot that took place on September 4th, 1949, following a concert by actor, singer, and activist Paul Robeson.
A Q&A and discussion with the filmmaker will follow the screening. Free and open to all.
