The Sleepy Hollow Mermaid Festival takes place in the iconic village of Sleepy Hollow. The festivities begin with a parade on land and water, featuring mermaids, pirates, and sturgeon marching along the riverfront park. At the same time, costumed kayakers and stand-up paddlers glide along the Hudson. Following the parade, there will be an all-ages party in the park, complete with music, community art activities, face painting, food trucks, and bounce houses.
