Tannersville Pumpkin Walk & Lighting — 2026
The Tannersville Pumpkin Walk & Lighting is held at Rip Van Winkle Lake Park in Tannersville, New York. This free, family-friendly Halloween event brings the community together for a festive display of carved jack-o’-lanterns lining the lakeside path.
Families are welcome to bring a carved pumpkin and a candle or other light to illuminate it. The evening’s schedule is currently:
- 7:00–7:30 PM: Pumpkin registration
- 7:45 PM: Community pumpkin lighting
- 8:15 PM: Awards for the top three pumpkins, plus a People’s Choice award
- Event runs until 9:00 PM. Great Northern Catskills
