Ulster County Department of Mental Health is thrilled to announce the 2nd Annual Mind, Body & Soul Youth & Parent Expo will take place on Saturday, 11/16, at the Ellenville Elementary School.

MyKingstonKids will offer meditative VR experiences, music, and a photo booth! It’s an excellent opportunity to enjoy and engage with creative and fun activities.

Join us for an incredible day of games, dancing, food, music, inspiring stories, and information.
