Classic Crust started in 2014 when Julie and Greg launched Classic Crust Mobile Catering with a custom-built 1946 Chevy outfitted with a Mugnaini all-wood-fired oven and three beer taps; they catered birthday parties, barn weddings, and everything in between. Their catering events, featuring a unique Chevy truck serving gourmet pizza, became so popular that expanding the Classic Crust brand to a Pizza Bar in Clifton Park was a natural step.

When the old Jonesville store became available, Julie and Greg seized the opportunity to establish a brick-and-mortar Classic Crust eatery. The location is ideal, providing a permanent home for the Classic Crust mobile catering operation. Classic Crust Pizza Bar is a neighborhood spot nestled in Jonesville, offering delicious comfort food, great drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere.

The Classic Crust mobile catering menu is fully customizable. They offer a wide range of pizzas from the classics to anything your heart desires. If a topping isn’t listed, just ask, and they will make it happen! The menu also includes a choice of salad, dessert, lemonade, and lemon iced water.
