The chef and owner, Tai Nham, is the youngest among eleven siblings and was raised in a traditional Vietnamese household. Despite this traditional foundation, Tai’s natural curiosity and adventurous spirit led him to explore culinary techniques and ingredients from other cultures while living in the United States.
