Aba’s Falafel is a neighborhood falafel place using organic chickpeas and creating food that speaks for itself.
Ingredients are sourced local when possible, food is kept simple, fresh and healthy. Spicy condiments are available for those with a hot palate. Their falafel is available year round at the Rhinebeck location, and at local farmer’s markets, during the summer.
All falafel are served with tahini & salads (cucumber & tomato, cabbage, and onion with sumac) and in pita or with pita on the side.
