Fusion @ Union features a high-energy restaurant & bar offering up its own style of hospitality & Italian fare in the city of Newburgh, NY and its surrounding area.
Pizza Union focuses on quality food and drinks including signature pizza varieties, all set within a casual NY style setting that includes dining room, bar, lounge, and a front row seat at the pizza oven counter.
The space is tastefully designed, with a rustic palette of exposed brick and distressed wood. The beverage program features creative cocktails, craft beer, and an accessible wine selection. The custom made concrete bar top and cozy lounge area are focal points of the bar where guests can watch their favorite sports teams on TV or meet up with friends and family over great food and drink. The establishment accommodates 90+ people and during the warmer months, up to 40 guests on the outside patio.
