So we did this thing where we made a french onion soup with beef tallow and Guiness Stout. We rendered it down until the liquid was gone. Then we took grass-fed beef from @grimaldifarmstore , put the onions on it, chose our cheese and grilled it like a grilled cheese sandwich. The end result is the most decadent savory sandwich we’ve ever had. Served with au jus for dipping. We used sourdough bread, provolone cheese and the spread was horseradish sauce , which we highly recommend. But hey, you do you. Order it today.
